EDITORIAL POLICYArticles submitted to the JOCN should not be under consideration by any other journal, and the letter accompanying the submission of the paper should contain a clear statement to this effect. The Editors reserve the right to edit/format the accepted manuscript to maintain a consistent style. All submitted papers are checked for plagiarism using Turnitin before they undergo the peer-review process.
ARTICLE-PROCESSING CHARGES
JOCN charges neither article processing charges nor article submission charges.
